Kyle Lance Martin
Founder/CEO
Kyle’s passion to bring personal and community awakening to the nation began during his undergraduate studies at Taylor University in Upland, IN. He graduated with a degree in Business Administration and went on to earn a Masters in Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary. He completed his Doctorate degree at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, specializing in Outreach and Discipleship.
Kyle’s unique desire is to engage people with the Gospel directly in their own environment, as well as through media and public speaking. He believes there is hope for the nation, and it begins with prayer, as well as stepping out into the community to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Since the Dallas Revival in 2007, he has seen individuals, congregations, and communities transformed by the Holy Spirit.
His affection for Ace Hardware has caused many detours in his team’s travels. When he isn’t traveling, Kyle can be found having fun with his family. He is a loving husband to Laura, and devoted father to their four children: Maya, Nadia, Selah, and Jude.

Laura felt a calling to ministry from a young age, driven by a desire to serve the Lord and share the Gospel. She graduated from Taylor University in 2001 with a degree in Communication Studies and married Kyle Lance Martin shortly after. Together, they committed their lives to reaching the lost and encouraging the Church.
Since the establishment of Time to Revive, Laura has embraced God’s equipping in every season. Laura writes weekly intercessory prayer emails and offers her gift of hospitality to Time to Revive staff and community members, ensuring the ministry remains anchored in creativity and service.
When not writing and opening her home, she loves spending time with Kyle, their children, and the Lord.

Shawn Carlson
Executive Director

Shawn Carlson
Executive Director
Shawn Carlson first connected with Kyle Lance Martin during a 2014 outreach in Twin Cities, MN, where he offered to help Time to Revive connect with local businesses.
Initially, Shawn was adamant that street evangelism wasn’t for him. However, witnessing various churches unite sparked a desire in him to give it a try. He quickly discovered the simplicity of Time to Revive’s Gospel-sharing method and fell in love with it, realizing he could be part of something extraordinary.
Prior to joining the Time to Revive team, Shawn spent eight and a half years as a senior vice president and chief information officer at a Minnesota bank, where he also directed the bank’s community involvement program. In his free time, he enjoys running, camping, hiking, backpacking, skiing, and spending time with his wife and three children.
“For lack of guidance a nation falls, but victory is won through many advisers.”

Sheri Richards
Director of Human Resources
Sheri had been volunteering with the ministry since 2011. After hearing Kyle Lance Martin share about reviveFLINT, she took the challenge to “come and see.” After participating, Sheri organized and led a group from Minnesota to reviveASHVILLE. Feeling led to invite TTR to Minnesota, she became the instigator for reviveTWINCITIES and continued to participate in many more reviveCITIES. After 16 years of service with Hosanna Church (Lakeville, MN), Sheri followed God’s call to work with Time to Revive in January 2016.
The combination of Sheri’s experience and wisdom working in ministry, along with her passion for God’s work through TTR, provides a strong foundation to the team. Having lived in Michigan, New York, Illinois, and Minnesota, she now calls Silverlake, Washington her home. Sheri and her husband Kurt have two grown kids, Brianna and Brady. She loves worshipping the Lord, reading, exploring national parks, and has enjoyed experiencing the land, culture, and people of 13 different countries. Shortly after college, Sheri had the privilege to serve on a musical ministry team to South America. Photography, capturing simple, everyday things in a new light, are quickly becoming a new love.
