Liz Goodwin
Office Assistant and Video Translation Editor
Liz was first introduced to TTR in Asheville, North Carolina (2012). She started “tagging along” with her parents (Rich and Shelly Goodwin) as they volunteered/worked for TTR. She’s been involved since 2012 and became a freelance editor in 2021. As of 2024, she came on staff full-time as an office assistant and video editor. Prior to TTR, she was a department head and sales associate at Home Depot.
Most of her memories involve TTR somehow, which caused her to take her faith seriously and see Biblical principles lived out in the world beyond the Church. Her favorite thing about TTR is the family culture. She describes it as, “We're all a bunch of goofballs at heart, and I wouldn't have it any other way.”
She loves art/science museums and working out, as she has been doing CrossFit since 2020. She enjoys investigating supplements, diets, and exercise science. She’s a HUGE movie nerd, especially 90's/early 2000's animated features, which explains her degree in Computer Animation. She’d love to talk to you about movies! Few people know that Liz went to a classical, college-prep high school and took three years of Latin… none of which she remembers today.
